The Socialization of Economic Census 2016 in Statistics of Barito Utara Regency

Statistics of Barito Utara Regency has held Socialization of Economic Census 2016. This event held on October, 20^th 2015 in Barito Utara Regional Development Planning Agency hall. This socialization was attended by Barito Utara Regent, Representatives agency and whole chief of district in Barito Utara Regency, and some businesses that will become respondents in the 2016 Economic Census.

The Socialization of Economic Census 2016 was opened by the Regent of Barito Utara, namely H. Nadalsyah. He expressed full support in the implementation of the Economic Census 2016, particularly in Barito Utara regency. In his speech, he appealed to all working units (SKPD) in Barito Utara regency and the entire chief of district to support and disseminate to the public about the Economic Census to be held in May 2016. In addition, he also expects good cooperation from businesses especially those who engaged in non-agricultural to provide accurate data to the success of this activity.

This socialization is intended to provide initial information that in May 2016 will be held Economic Census. Economic Census 2016 is an economic data collection activities that would be useful in planning the economic development of national, provincial and local levels. So hopefully with this socialization, people will better understand the importance of the Economic Census 2016 and to working with BPS to provide complete and accurate data.
