Integrated Acriculture Survey (SITASI) 2021 Training

On September 15-16, 2021, the Integrated Agricultural Survey (SITASI) training was held. This training event was opened directly by the Head of BPS Central Kalimantan Province, Mr. Ir. Eko Marsoro, MM., and attended by the Coordinator of the Social Statistics Function and the Coordinator of the IPDS Function of the Central Kalimantan BPS Province and the Head of the BPS North Barito Regency.

This survey was carried out for the first time by the Central Statistics Agency. The Integrated Agricultural Survey (SITASI2021) refers to the Agricultural Integrated Survey (AGRIS) recommended by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) which is adapted to the characteristics of the agricultural sector in Indonesia. SITASI2021 is expected to be able to provide basic agricultural data and also provide basic data to monitor several indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (TPB/SDGs).

As with other BPS surveys, according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The initial stage of the survey begins with officer training. In this training, field officers need to be equipped with an understanding of the definition and technical concepts of survey implementation. With the training, it is hoped that officers can carry out data collection properly and get optimal results. I hope that SITI activities can run smoothly.
