So, the area sample framework (KSA) is one of the spatial statistical approaches developed by the FAO (Food Agricultural Organization), USDA (United State Department of Agriculture), and EUROSTAT European Union. The method is an approach with statistical rules to determine the value of agricultural production with high accuracy. Along with the rapid advancement of technology, computers, geographic information systems, and communication systems, this KSA approach has also developed greatly in terms of its use. This KSA utilizes satellite imagery to monitor agricultural land conditions and see whether the plants are ready to harvest.
