May 2021: ROR for star hotels reached 36.23 and the number of guests staying was 18,783 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during May 2021 reached 36.23 percent, down 3.63 points compared to April 2021 which was 39.86 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell by 0.35 points, from 17.61 percent to 17.26 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 22.50 points and non-star hotels rose 8.59 points.

The average length of stay of guests (RLTM) at star hotels in May 2021 reached 1.65 days, while non-star hotels were 1.12 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in May 2021 was 18,783 people, down 5.89 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels also fell 0.96 percent.

October 2022: The ROR for star hotels during October 2022 reached 57.74 percent and the number of guests staying was 46,270 people

The ROR for star hotels during October 2024 was 60,67 percent, the number of guests staying at 49,695 people
