Abstract

The main patterns of trade distribution in Kalimantan Tengah:

Rice : Producers Wholesalers Retailers Final Consumers
Chicken Eggs: Out of Province Wholesalers Retailers Retailers End Consumers
Cooking Oil : Manufacturers Distributors Wholesalers Retailers Final Consumers
Granulated Sugar : Outside Province Distributor Retailer Final Consumer

The Total Trade and Transportation Margin (MPPT) of Kalimantan Tengah in 2020 for rice commodities is 17.06 percent, chicken eggs 15.78 percent, cooking oil 23.67 percent, and sugar 16.15 percent.
The National Total Trade and Transportation Margin in 2020 for rice commodities is 21.47 percent, chicken eggs 20.19 percent, cooking oil 17.41 percent, and sugar 25.86 percent.
The main pattern with the highest MPPT for the distribution of trade in rice occurs in the Riau Islands, chicken eggs in Maluku, cooking oil in Papua, and granulated sugar in Kalimantan Barat.
