July 2022: TPK for star hotels during July 2022 reached 54.33 percent and the number of guests staying was 35,928 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) for star hotels during July 2022 reached 54.33 percent, down 0.38 points compared to June 2022 which was 54.71 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 0.07 points to 21.68 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 26.53 points, and non-star hotels rose 5.58 points.

The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in July 2022 reached 1.67 days, while non-star hotels were 1.12 days.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in July 2022 was 35,928 people, an increase of 2.28 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 7.19 percent.

November 2022: The ROR for star hotels during November 2022 reached 58.46 percent and the number of guests staying was 40,532 people

February 2022: ROR for star hotels during February 2022 reached 44.97 percent and the number of guests staying as many as 25,108 people.

April 2022: TPK for star hotels during April 2022 reached 42.64 percent and the number of guests staying was 26,253 people

March 2022: TPK for star hotels during March 2022 reached 49.56 percent and the number of guests staying was 31,497 people.
