Abstract

The export value of Kalimantan Tengah in September 2022 reached US$397.05 million, a decrease of 21.48 percent compared to exports in August 2022, but an increase of 134.07 percent compared to September 2021.

Coal, palm oil, zirconium ore, wood, and rubber are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during September 2022.

Japan, China and India are the main export destinations for Kalimantan Tengah during September 2022.

Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 101.65 percent, from US$ 2,101.54 million (January-September 2021) to US$4,237.80 million (January-September 2022).

Kalimantan Tengah's import value during September 2022 reached US$6.18 million, down 47.09 percent compared to August 2022 and up 169.87 percent compared to September 2021.

Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's import value increased by 11.60 percent, from US$36.80 million (January-September 2021) to US$41.07 million (January-September 2022).

Singapore, Laos and Austria are the origin countries of Kalimantan Tengah's imports during September 2022.

Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance experienced a surplus of US$390.87 million in September 2022.
