Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's export value in March 2023 reached US$468.29 million, down 6.87 percent compared to exports in February 2023, and down 10.95 percent compared to exports in March 2022.
  • Coal, palm oil, zirconium ore, gold nugget and logs are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during March 2023.
  • Japan, China and India are the main export destination countries for Kalimantan Tengah during March 2023.
  • Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 20.34 percent, from US$1,221.12 million (January-March 2022) to US$1,469.49 million (January-March 2023).
  • Kalimantan Tengah's import value during March 2023 reached US$3.37 million, an increase of 67.66 percent compared to February 2023 and an increase of 21.22 percent compared to March 2022.
  • Asphalt, boiler engines and catalysts are Kalimantan Tengah's main import commodities during March 2023.
  • Singapore, Malaysia and Germany are the countries of origin for Kalimantan Tengah imports during March 2023.
  • Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance in March 2023 experienced a surplus of US$464.92 million.
