Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's value in April 2023 reached US$560.81 million, up 19.76 percent compared to March 2023 exports, but down 9.85 percent compared to April 2022 exports.
  • Coal, palm oil, gold nugget, zirconium ore and rubber are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during April 2023.
  • Japan, India and China are the main export destination countries for Kalimantan Tengah during April 2023.
  • Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 10.15 percent, from US$1,843.22 million (January-April 2022) to US$2,030.31 million (January-April 2023).
  • Kalimantan Tengah's import value during April 2023 reached US$5.93 million, an increase of 75.96 percent compared to March 2023 and an increase of 139.11 percent compared to April 2022.
  • Palm sorting machines, fertilizers and generators are the main import commodities for Kalimantan Tengah during April 2023.
  • China, Laos and Vietnam are the countries of origin for Kalimantan Tengah imports during April 2023.
  • Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance in April 2023 experienced a surplus of US$554.88 million.
