Abstract

  • Kalimantan Tengah's export value in January 2024 reached US$392.50 million or down 28.79 percent compared to exports in December 2023, and down 21.24 percent compared to exports in January 2023.
  • Coal, palm oil, zirconium ore, processed wood and lignite are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during January 2024.
  • Japan, South Korea and India are the main export destination countries for Kalimantan Tengah during January 2024.
  • The import value of Kalimantan Tengah during January 2024 reached US$12.29 million, an increase of 158.19 percent compared to December 2023 and an increase of 197.58 percent compared to January 2023.
  • Steam Boiler Machines, Bituminous Asphalt and chemical product catalysts are the main commodities imported by Kalimantan Tengah during January 2024.
  • Malaysia, Singapore and Saudi Arabia are the main countries of origin for imports Kalimantan Tengah during January 2024.
