Maize Harvested Area and Production in Kalimantan Tengah Province 2022 (Final Figure)

Abstract

In 2023, the harvested area for shelled corn will reach around 5.94 thousand hectares.
Production of dry shelled corn with a moisture content of 14 percent in 2023 will be 25.48 thousand tons.
The harvested area for shelled corn in 2023 will reach around 5.94 thousand hectares, a decrease of 1.52 thousand hectares or 20.43 percent compared to the harvested area in 2022 which was 7.46 thousand hectares.
Production of dry shelled corn with a moisture content of 14 percent in 2023 will be 25.48 thousand tons, a decrease of 10.45 thousand tons or 29.08 percent compared to 2022 which was 35.93 thousand tons.
The potential harvest area for dry shelled corn from January to April 2024 is estimated to reach 3.08 thousand hectares with potential production of dry shelled corn with a moisture content of 14 percent of 17.15 thousand tons.
