In addition to data collection activities, BPS also has the obligation to train statistics, one of which is "Desa Cinta Statistik (Desa Cantik)".

Desa Cantik is one of the sectoral statistical training programs at the village level. Through this program, villages are no longer considered as objects of development, but are placed as subjects and spearheads of development in improving community welfare. The general objective is to increase literacy, awareness and the active role of village/kelurahan officials and the community in organizing statistical activities.

Kelurahan Jambu was chosen as the second Desa Cantik in Barito Utara Regency, with Trahean Village being the first in 2021.
This coordination was carried out in the context of the Launching of the Desa Cantik, Kelurahan Jambu. Intense coordination and communication between BPS and Jambu officials is necessary for the success of the launching event.
