Abstract

The export value of Kalimantan Tengah in October 2021 reached US$322.40 million, up 90.06 percent compared to September 2021 exports and up 128.33 percent compared to October 2020.
  • Coal, palm oil and zirconium ore are Kalimantan Tengah's main export commodities during October 2021.
  • China, Japan and India will be the main export destination countries for Kalimantan Tengah during October 2021.
  • Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 63.44 percent, from US$1,483.05 million (January–October 2020) to US$2,423.94 million (January–October 2021).
  • The import value of Kalimantan Tengah during October 2021 reached US$4.49 million, up 96.07 percent compared to September 2021 and up 15.72 percent compared to October 2020.
  • Cumulatively, the import value increased by 39.91 percent from US$29.52 million (January–October 2020) to US$41.30 million (January–October 2021).
  • Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance experienced a surplus of US$317.91 million in October 2021 and US$2,382.64 million in the period January–October 2021.
